The compact size of some shower cubicles left me feeling slightly cramped, impacting comfort. On top of that, the lack of on-site dining options for dinner meant having to venture out. There were also times when outside noise seeped in, slightly disrupting the promised tranquility of the stay.

Perfect for those seeking comfort and charm
I can tell you, the breakfast here is something else! It really hits the spot, cooked to perfection every morning, always a highlight to start the day. Plus, Nicky and Paul. Couldn't have asked for better hosts, they even helped us plan our hiking routes.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny

Really good Stay with Delicious Breakfasts
The homemade cakes in the communal lounge and the really good breakfasts made my mornings special. The cozy library provided a great space to unwind after a day of exploring, and the hosts were helpful throughout my visit. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to add more variety in the room amenities, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

The location was perfect. A quiet spot just a short walk from Keswick town center. I loved my room. Spacious and very clean. The bed felt luxurious and the pillows offered perfect support. The breakfast was really good-every dish fresh and delicious, with several options available. The hosts, Nicki and Paul, were warm and approachable. They provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions. The common lounge area had a cozy vibe. I did notice that the shower cubicle felt a bit cramped, which could be an issue for taller guests. Some evenings, it got slightly noisy from street sounds, but it wasn't too disruptive.
